  Having shopped at this store for many years, experienced one of the worst customer service levels ever in their nightwear/lingerie department today. On trying to return an item of clothing only bought a week previously, was treated like a complete criminal, accused of washing a garment that I had never even worn and was still in pristine condition and complete with tags! The sales assistant was extremely rude, arrogant and uncommunicative. At one point I thought she had taken it off for forensics, an absolutely appalling way to treat a customer and not what you would expect from a store of this stature. After the refund was eventually begrudgingly given I did ask to speak to the Manager who came and apologised, but I am still furious and will not be shopping in this department again. There needs to be some serious customer service training undertaken here. A complete disgrace. Unfortunately to post this review I have to award them one star, which they certainly don't deserve.

  Personally think the men’s section could benefit from more higher end designers. As there seems to be so many tiny little stands in there the variety is pretty limited so different sizes or even just a nice amount of designs is pretty non existent. You will occasionally find a nice gem in here but it’s pretty basic.

  Amazing fashion lines here from some of the biggest designers that are on the high street. The customer service is very good and the staff are very attentive and always happy to help where they can. They are fairly priced as well and are not over priced. They also have aftershaves that are very hard to find outside of London which is excellent.
