All the staff are friendly, however awful at returning calls. A simple question regarding price of scope mounts went unanswered, same with moderator queries... leading me to believe they didn’t want the business and bought elsewhere. A real shame when trying to support local businesses. For a shop that charges ‘top dollar’ for most things, the service I have received is barely adequate.
