  Shocking service!!! They screwed up my home delivery, then had the audacity to charge me twice for the privilege. One week on and still no help from them or their online team at all. I have submitted two complaints in the last week and no courtesy of a response. Spent nearly an hour on the phone to both the store and their online team. I would have gotten further if I had sent my dog in to sort it out. On top of that a week prior to all of this I hurt myself in the store because of one of the store colleagues moving a basket holder. No accident report form taken (illegal) and one was only taken after I sent in a complaint. No apology received from anyone at any level. If I could give a lower rating I would

  Filthy. Shelves either empty or full of card board reminds me of a closing down sale. Always under staffed on checkouts. And you get better quality good food in Lidl
